"The highlight has to be the horses – there are 50 of them – 20 polo ponies and the rest are for riding out, all trained brilliantly by Niko and Augustin. They help you chose the right one for your experience and make you try them out on the polo field before sending you on your way. All are fit and able to canter for miles on end. All of the staff are great – extremely warm, friendly and upbeat. Florencia gives the polo lessons and couldn’t have been more patient – the polo ponies are all stunners. A fantastic place and I can honestly say that it is one of the most comfortable and beautifully done places that I have stayed whilst it maintains a very real Argentine feel."
